Returns Policy

Here at Quirky World the majority of toys are made and sewn by hand so a lot of care goes into making sure your toy is a quality made product. Please treat your toy with care as felt is a delicate fabric and tends to show some wear and tear after time. Kids love Quirky World toys and so they are made with them in mind. Buttons and beads are hand sewn on securely, and toys are hand stitched together as strongly as possible. They do need to be treated with love and care however to maintain their original look and feel.

If for whatever reason you are not 100% happy with your Quirky World purchase ie. wrong size, fit or colour we will happily discuss the matter with you. Returns must be within 7 days and be in good condition. Every effort is made to accurately represent each item on the site. If you have any purchase concerns please email daniela@quirkyworld.com.au
